ORDERING & PAYMENT
Ordering is easy, just put the item you like into your shopping cart then proceeded to the checkout. Or if you see something you love but it is in the wrong size or colour, then please do not hesitate to call or e-mail me and I will do my very best to make your request possible.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY
*delivery method
Your Fancy Pants 4 tots purchase will be delivered to you via the regular Australia Post mail service. Postage charges are calculated according to the total weight of goods ordered and their final destination.
The postage charge will be displayed once you proceed to the check out area. To ensure accurate postage, my website obtains an electronic quotation directly from the Australia Post website. If you would prefer registered post for peace of mind, please email me for a total postage price. I can not be held responsible for parcels going astray in the mail once they have left my possession.
*timing of dispatch
Your order will usually be dispatched within 3 business days of receipt of monies. If an item is not in stock you will be contacted via email. If no suitable alternatives are available a full refund will be given.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to Fancy Pants 4 tots. If you do not love what you have ordered, please let me know. Your item will happily be exchanged or refunded, if returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Alternately, please contact me (Sue) with any product concerns you may have.
In the unlikely event that an item is not in perfect condition, your postage charges will be reimbursed, as part of your refund.
